Remote Support – Charges and Terms and Conditions
We are so very pleased to be able to offer you this great service. No more dragging your computer down to the shop, sometimes in awful weather and also when the shop is closed and you need help QUICK. We hope you enjoy using this service and tell all your friends and family.

REFER A FRIEND
Get extra minutes by referring a friend. For every friend you refer we will add 10 minutes to your total minutes. Add 2 friends and we will add 20 minutes and so forth.

O.A.P. DEALS
For those over the wonderful age of 65 (includes both male and female) an extra 10, 20 or 30 minutes will be added to their plan dependent on which one they sign up for; 2 hours, 3 hours or 4 hours.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Struggling to find a unique gift for a family member or friend. Buy them some time. For each voucher purchased minutes will be added to your plan as in the Refer a Friend scheme.

We have also listed below what is included and the times this service is available. There is also an Emergency Remote Service available for when you really need I.T..

Terms and Conditions
    • Charges for Remote Assistance must be paid in full before the first session starts, unless previously agreed.
    • Payments can be made by either cash or card in the shop or by card or PayPal through www.calltheangel.com web site.
    • Non-Emergency Sessions are carried out 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Saturday. Emergency Sessions 5.00pm -9.00pm Monday to Saturday. “Panic” Emergency Sessions outside these hours are possible but subject to availability.
    • In all cases please send a message with a brief description of the problem to our web site www.calltheangel.com for a quick response.
    • For charges see below and after the initial 30 minute charge all sessions are charged by 10 minute increments rounded up to the next 10 minutes. We do have a special offer one year agreement for Non-Emergency assistance for one PC. For all charges please see below and the company reserves the right to vary these charges at any time.
    • When assistance is required to download lengthy programs, transfer files, installing updates, etc. taking more than 10 minutes, additional increment charges will be waived until the task has been completed but at the discretion of the Angel conducting the session.
    • On occasions during a remote assistance session and out of our control, the internet connection can be lost and no charge will be made during these periods.
    • We will take the utmost care when giving remote assistance but in the very unlikely event of any data being lost we cannot be held responsible.
    • On occasions a PC may not be suitable for remote assistance in which case if possible bring the PC to our shop and we will advise you of your best course of action.
    • Should you introduce a customer to us who has not been in touch with us before please let us know and we will send you a voucher for future “free minutes”.
    • This service is only available to computers that have an internet connection.
    Charges for Remote Assistance – Pay As You Go
    • Non-Emergency Session from 10.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Saturday is an initial charge of £35 for the first 30 minutes and thereafter at 30 min intervals.
    • Emergency Session from 5.00pm to 9.00pm Monday to Saturday is an initial charge of £50 for up to 30 minutes and thereafter at the rate of £50 per 30 minutes.
    • Panic” Emergency Session at any other time is an initial charge of £75 for up to 30 minutes and thereafter at the rate of £75 per 30 minutes.
    • Non-Emergency Session from 10.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Saturday for one year and each PC is £299.
    • All initial charges and one year Non-Emergency Sessions are paid in advance unless previously agreed.
    OR Charges for Remote Assistance – Pay Up Front – One Computer, 1 Year
    2 hours (120 mins) £90
    3 hours (180 mins) £130
    Unlimited Remote Support for one computer for 1 Year £299
    • Non-Emergency Session from 10.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Saturday. All connections are made with a minimum rate of 10 minutes.
    • Emergency Session from 5.00pm to 9.00pm Monday to Saturday – for every 10 minutes connection time, this will be doubled to 20 minutes.
    • Panic” Emergency Session at any other time – for every 10 minutes connection time, this will be trebled to 30 minutes.
    • Non-Emergency Session from 10.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Saturday for one year and each PC is £299. If assistance is required out of these hours please contact Angels PC Clinic.
    • All initial charges and one year Non-Emergency Sessions are paid in advance unless previously agreed.
